This coffee is a single estate pure arabica that has been selectively harvested and pulped. The coffee has bypassed the washing process to retain the fruit sugars and then sun-dried. Hence the term Honeywash or Pulp sundried. The two partial processes create a unique blend of acidity and fruity notes. This coffee emerges with a clean balance of aroma flavour and body. The notes of berries of the western ghats and the citrus after taste are what give this coffee its unique freshness.
