The spices used in sweetening and fermenting this coffee is an age old recipe that created the famous Anglo-Indian Ginger wine ‘OT’ or the Other Thing. The resultant coffee has lovely notes of cinnamon and nutmeg and a citrus aftertaste. The coffee is roasted to a medium roast. This coffee is now available as drip coffee bags and cold brew bags. Each cold brew bag will make 500 ml to 1lt of cold brew. Choose your brewing method for grind size or opt for the custom made drip and cold brew bags.
